In 0000, Coaches ------------ came together to start our Youth Football League. The coaches wanted to instill some values with our youth to last a lifetime; Discipline, Mental Toughness, Socialization, Resilience, Leadership and Teamwork.
Football requires eleven players on the field at the same time, all doing their specific job in order to be successful. This requires daily practices in extreme heat to cold evenings. The plays will not work if one person doesn't do their job. Football requires the players to work together in order to be successful. As the season progresses the team will start to come together and the players support each other during practices and games. Teamwork is all about clear and decisive communication. Our players will learn to communicate with one another in order to accomplish a team goal. These are just some of our values that transfer from the huddle to the classroom and into life!
